Turn SpotterPrivacy Policy

Terms of Service

Effective November 8, 2026 · Version 3

The short version
  • Bot City is a simulation. The bots trade practice money, not yours. It is not financial advice.
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • A membership is 30 days of access, paid in crypto, and never renews by itself.
  • Crypto payments can't be reversed. We fix genuine mistakes, but there are no refunds for change of mind.
  • Don't share your invite, attack the service or copy it.
  • Need help? Message the bot: Ava, our AI assistant, answers right away and passes anything she can't settle to a person.

The full terms below are what count.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Turn Spotter ("Turn Spotter", "we", "us"), the operator of Bot City: the website at turnspotter.com, the Bot City Telegram bot and mini app, and everything shown in them (together, the "Service"). By paying for, opening or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. or other applicable sanctions list. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and paying with crypto, is legal where you are.

3. What the Service is (and is not)

4. Risk disclosure

Crypto assets, and meme coins in particular, are extremely risky. Their prices can fall to zero within minutes, many are created to defraud buyers ("rug pulls"), and no check, including ours, can identify every scam. You can lose all the money you put into crypto. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.

5. Membership and payment

6. Your account and acceptable use

Your access is tied to your Telegram account. You agree not to:

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

7. The Service can change

Bot City is a live project. We may add, change, pause or remove features, bots, strategies or data sources at any time. We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be available at all times, error-free or secure. If we decide to shut the Service down permanently, we will announce it in the bot at least 14 days before it closes. We may, at our discretion, refund unused membership time, but we are not obliged to, except where the law requires it.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on others, including Telegram, the Solana blockchain, your wallet app, market data providers (such as DexScreener, RugCheck and GeckoTerminal) and our hosting provider. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

9. Ownership

The Service, including its software, bots, designs, text, graphics and data compilations, belongs to Turn Spotter or its licensors. A membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its term, under these Terms. Open-source components are used under their own licences.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, trading losses, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, including any decision you make based on it; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Turn Spotter against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us through the bot first (section 16): most issues can be solved quickly and informally, and you agree to try that for at least 30 days before starting any formal claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim that isn't resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court (justice court) where it qualifies. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top. Changes apply from that date; if you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. For a material change we will also announce it in the bot.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

16. Contact

Message the Bot City bot in Telegram: t.me/TurnSpotterbot. Ava, our AI assistant, answers first. Ask her for a person, or raise a refund, payment, privacy or legal matter, and the conversation goes to the operator, who replies in the same chat. Replies from a person usually come within a day, at most within 30 days for formal requests. Please don't send seed phrases, private keys or passwords: we will never ask for them.
